Spiced Roasted Chickpeas

Two 15 ounce cans of organic chickpeas- Rinsed and drained
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon of ground cumin
1 teaspoon of coriander
1 teaspoon of chile powder
Sea salt and ground black pepper

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
In a medium bowl toss the chickpeas with the olive oil, cumin, coriander, chile powder, salt, and pepper
Spread the chick peas on a cookie sheet
Roast for 30 min or until slightly golden
