MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – No bond will be set for Justin Phillips until after his preliminary heading later this month.
Phillips is accused of three counts of first degree robbery and one count of probation violation.
The crimes took place in the Oakleigh neighborhood on August 28 and were only minutes apart.
The 20-year-old has proclaimed his innocence since his arrest.
“I’m honestly an innocent man. I will take a lie detector test or whatever the case,” Phillips said.
The charges against Phillips are felonies and if convicted he could face 10 to 99 years of jail time for each.
