Sirloin with Cheese Butter

1lb thinly sliced sirloin (Should be about 7 pieces)

3 tablespoons Dale’s Low Sodium Marinade
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

½ tablespoon black pepper
½ teaspoon onion powder
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Cheese Butter:
3 tablespoons mozzarella cheese
3 tablespoons Gorgonzola cheese
2 tablespoons cream cheese
2 tablespoons softened butter
1/4 cup chives

Mix Dale’s and extra virgin olive oil in bowl
Mix dry ingredients in separate bowl
Heat pan on stovetop to medium-high heat
Dip each piece of sirloin in marinade, covering all sides, then ace in pan. As soon as sirloin is in pan, season one side with your seasoning mixture. Cook until medium, or your desired temperature. Repeat for each piece.
Plate sirloin and top each with Cheese Butter. Serve with your choice of sides.
