Creating an Estate Plan

Attorney at Law Sherri Johnson Smelley joined us on Studio10 to talk about why it’s so important to create an estate plan.

An estate plan is basically a way of determining how your assets are divided after you pass on.

However, it can become extremely complicated if there are special situations like illness, special needs, guardianship, etc. involved.

Smelley also points out that if you come by her office they will tailor there estate plan especially for you. Which is critical, because some “fill-in-the-blank wills” may not take a look at issues which affect you and your family.
