Sauteed Catfish and Creme Sauce and Vegetables

INGREDIENTS: 
Farm Fresh Catfish
Green onion
Yellow onion
Red onion
Salt
White Pepper
Garlic
butter
16/20 count shrimp
Fresh bread

STEPS:
Saute your vegetables with a little seasoning. Season your catfish and saute in a little bit of oil (2 1/2 – 3 min on each side) or cook it on the grill. Saute your shrimp to your taste.  Toast bread.
