The 2014 edition of the World-Beater® All-Beach 10K will be held on September 27, 2014.
This 10K race, run completely on beautiful Alabama Gulf Coast beaches, will start at 8:00 am at the Gulf State Park Cotton Bayou Beach Access (just east of the intersection of Alabama State Highways 161 and 182/Perdido Beach Boulevard) in Orange Beach, and finish adjacent to the public beach in Gulf Shores, Alabama – the same route used in the 2013 race.
Last year’s World-Beater® All-Beach 10K race established a world record in a new Guinness World Record category. The winner of that event, Marie Bader, was awarded her Guinness World Record Certificate in January at a pep rally ceremony at McGill-Toolen Catholic High School, in Mobile, Alabama, where she teaches physics and coaches track.
Runners who want to go for a new world record, or even those who just love a run on the beach, can register for the 2014 World-Beater® All-Beach 10K at www.AllBeach10K.com.
