Pulled chicken and southern coleslaw

INGREDIENTS:  Pulled Chicken 
1 fully cooked Austin Blues Smoked Chicken
1 ½ oz water

STEPS:
Thaw chicken in the cooler. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place chicken in metal food pan, Shred chicken using metal claws. Add water and place aluminum foil over top of pan
Bake for 45 minutes or until heat thoroughly

INGREDIENTS:  Southern Coleslaw
1 package of coleslaw mix
1 cups red cabbage, shredded
1 cups carrots, shredded
1 tablespoon pepper and salt
1/8 cup granulated sugar
3 large spoons mayonnaise

STEPS:
In a large bowl, combine coleslaw mix, carrots and red cabbage. Add pepper, salt and sugar to mix and combine thoroughly. Add mayonnaise and mix together.  Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Facilities available for year-round usage:
C-Spire Technology Center – Great for large groups, parties, business meetings, weddings, etc. Holds groups between 150-250 people.
Stadium Club – Great for luncheons, small group parties, business meetings, etc. Great view of field. Holds 75-100 people.

ABOUT THE GUEST:
Chris Morgan is the new general manager of the Mobile Baybears.  He started with the BayBears in 1996.  He has spent last 16 years with Reese’s Senior Bowl.
