Roasted Chicken with chickpeas and fennel

1 Chicken breast
2 oz Chickpeas
1 bulb of Fennel, thinly sliced
2 Garlic cloves, smashed
1 T Dill
1 oz Pancetta
1 T Olive oil
1/2 cup Chicken broth
1/2 pint Cherry tomatoes
Salt and pepper

Sear chicken in sauté pan. Add olive oil and chicken broth. Roast in oven at 375 for 15-20 minutes.

Sauté pancetta in pan add fennel and cheery tomatoes. Add broth and and remaining ingredients.

Simmer and pour over chicken when completely cooked.
