Chicken Stroganoff

INGREDIENTS: 
2tbsp Smart Butter
1 lb chicken breast
2 cups of mushrooms
1 medium onion
1 can of cream of chicken soup Heart Request (Wellness Collection)
½ cup of Greek yogurt
4 cups of egg noodles

STEPS:
Cook chicken in 1 tbsp of butter- and remove from heat. Cook mushrooms and onions in remaining butter. Stir in soup and Greek yogurt, Heat until boiling. Return chicken to the pan, Heat thoroughly and serve over prepared egg noodles
