Roasted veal chop with sage and cannellini beans

INGREDIENTS:
1 Veal Chop
Olive Oil
1 T Garlic
1 T Fresh sage
Pancetta
16 oz Cannellini beans
1 pint Cherry tomatoes
3 oz Chicken stock
Salt and pepper to taste

STEPS:
Sear veal chop in pan on both sides. Place in 375 degree oven for 10 minutes or until medium rare.

Sauté pancetta in olive oil. Add beans garlic, tomatoes and fresh sage. Season to taste.
