IHOP Signature Pancakes

IHOP PANCAKES

Buttermilk Batter (you can use prepackaged or make your own)
Chocolate Chips
Frozen Blueberries
Cheesecake Bites

STEPS:
Heat griddle or large skillet over medium heat.
Lightly grease your pan or griddle
Mix batter (make sure you leave some lumps in it)
Pour about 1/4  to 1/2 cup of batter onto the hot griddle
Add any special ingredients (berries, cheesecake bites)
Cook approximately 3 minutes – look for bubbles on the top and on the sides then flip for an additional 3 minutes.
Garnish with syrup or your favorite topping.

This is IHOP’S 56th year anniversary.  In honor of the anniversary IHOP will be serving 56 cent shortstacks of buttermilk pancakes from 7am – 7pm, Tuesday, July 8th 2014.
About the Guest:
Reginald Fields is the General Manager of the IHOP in Tillman’s Corner.  He has been working with IHOP for about 9 years.  There are 5 IHOP stores serving the Mobile, Baldwin County and Pensacola area. They are all part of the Moeini corporation based out of Pensacola, Florida.
