1 pita bread
5 oz boneless chicken
1 teaspoon shawarma seasoning or greek seasoning
2 tablespoons oil for frying
1 oz or one slice mozzarella cheese
1 oz or one slice smoked Gouda cheese
1 oz diced bacon
¼ romaine lettuce hearts
½ roma tomato
2 oz peppercorn ranch
½ oz Sriraccha hot sauce
Preheat the oven to 425 Fahrenheit. Season the chicken with Shawarma or Greek seasoning and set aside. In a sauté pan cook the chicken and two bacon slices until the chicken reaches 165 Fahrenheit and the bacon is crispy. Let cool down.
Slice the roma tomato and lettuce and mix the peppercorn ranch with the hot sauce.
Once the chicken and bacon cooled down a little slice the chicken in long thin strips and dice the bacon. On the pita bread, arrange the chicken in the middle, top with bacon, Gouda cheese and Mozzarella. Cook in the oven for 5 minutes, remove and top with the sauce, lettuce and tomatoes. Fold in half and serve. Enjoy!
