“METH” text leads to trafficking arrests


FOX10 News followed up on a meth text complaint. According to deputies, they found a meth lab in a shed outside the residence on Home Avenue in Irvington

Mobile County Sheriff’s Deputies contacted the property owner. Authorities said she signed consent to search and the residence was clear.

Deputies then searched a shed on the property that Michael Collins and Tonya Robinson lived in and found a meth lab and several digital scales.

Deputies said both suspects had outstanding warrants.

They were transported to Metro Jail and charged with trafficking, manufacturing, possession and use/possession on drug paraphernalia.
