Brandt needs a loving home

Brandt is a terrier mix, approximately seven years old. He is crate trained, doggy door trained, and walks well on a leash. Right now Brandt shares a room with several other small sized doggies and he gets along great with all of them.

Brandt was found by a volunteer’s co-worker at his place of employment. The co-worker watched a car pull in the parking lot, roll down the window and throw Brandt out of the car – without ever coming to a complete stop. The worker was horrified, so he ran outside and scooped Brandt up into his arms.

Brandt was in bad shape.  He was injured, covered in fleas and stunk as if he had never had a bath. The worst part is, he had old injuries that had been treated at home, with homemade stitches. The stitches were old and looked like they were made out of rubberbands. They were in two different places on his body.

After all of this, he still greets everyone with a wiggly body and a wagging tail. He is just the sweetest and cutest little boy!

Brandt is up to date on his shots, microchipped and neutered. He is also heartworm negative.

If you are interested in adopting Brandt, visit and complete an adoption application.
