Festival to raise HIV awareness tomorrow

More than 1 million Americans have HIV according to the Department of Health and Human Services, and about 1 in 5 infected Americans don’t even know they have the virus. The Mobile AIDS Coalition is having a gospel and jazz fest Saturday, June 21 to raise awareness and encourage everyone to get tested. 

The Mobile AIDS Coalition comprised of Mobile County Health Dept ,Franklin Primary Health Center Inc., Missing Link Consumer Group, USA Women’s and Children Specialty Clinic, and AIDS Alabama South, is glad to announce the All-Together Gospel/Jazz Fest, in recognition of National HIV Testing Day 2014. The event will be held at Cathedral Square in downtown Mobile Saturday, June 21, from 1:00 – 4:00pm. This will be an afternoon of frr entertainment and information.
