Meatballs with a tomato sauce and Salad

1 lb Ground pork
1 lb Ground beef
1 lb Ground veal
Italian Sausage
1 cup of bread crumbs
3 Eggs
1 c of Parmesan cheese
Salt and Pepper
4 c Tomato sauce, recipe follows
Fresh mozzarella

Mix meats, parsley, oregano, salt, pepper, bread crumbs, eggs and parmesan cheese in a large bowl with hands.  Form mixture into balls and place on pan.  Bake in 375 degree F oven for 30 minutes.

Plate meatballs and top with mozzarella and tomato sauce. Serve with a tossed salad and bread, optional.

INGREDIENTS: Tomato sauce
4 cups of Tomato sauce
Onion, minced
Garlic, minced
Fresh basil

Saute garlic and onions in a sauce pot.  Add fresh basil and a dash of salt.  Simmer until ready to serve.
