Pepper Jelly Spinach Salad with Shrimp and Grits

INGREDIENTS: 
6 oz. Fresh Baby Spinach
3 oz. Zea Pepper Jelly Vinaigrette*
2 T Golden Raisins
2 T Marinated Sun Dried Tomatoes
2 oz Gorgonzola Cheese
1 T Sesame Seeds
2 T Candied Pecans
Kalamata Olives

STEPS:
Place all ingredients in large salad bowl except cheese, olives and sesame seeds.

Toss until completely mixed, place into serving dish, top with olives and cheese.

Sprinkle sesame seeds over entire salad and serve immediately.

Add grilled chicken if desired.
