Fried grouper with crawfish creme sauce

1 Grouper filet
2 Cups Self rising flour
House seasoning (recipe below)
1/2 pound Crawfish
1 Egg
1/2 cup Buttermilk
2 cups Heavy crème
2 T butter
1 T Crab boil
Purple Onions
Soy Sauce
Oyster Sauce
Vegetable oil

In a shallow dish, beat egg and buttermilk together.

In a separate shallow dish, mix flour and house seasoning.

Put grouper filet in egg/buttermilk mixture then seasoned flour mix. Make sure to coat well.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan. Fry grouper filet until golden brown.

Crawfish crème sauce: In a medium sauce pan, heat heavy crème, 1 tsp of house seasoning, butter and crab boil until thicken. Add Crawfish last.

Sauce vegetables in a heated pan with a little oil until cooked. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce and house seasoning to taste.

Plate fried grouper and ladle crawfish crème sauce over. Add sautéed vegetable to the side and serve.

INGREDIENTS: Von’s House Seasoning
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Black pepper

In a small bowl combine all ingredients. Set aside to ready for use.
