4 oz liquid egg or 4 fresh eggs
2 oz butter flavored oil
Toppings to choice

3 cups shredded potatoes
Banana Nut French Toast
2 lb liquid eggs product
1 loaf of fresh banana nut bread
Cinnamon sugar& powered sugar for garnish
Omelette – Pour oil into pan. Ladle 4oz of egg and cook until set. Add cheese to one side and fold in half. Serve.
Hash Browns- heat oil. Add shredded potatoes. Cook until golden brown and flip and continue on other side. Sprinkle steak seasoning on top.
Banana Nut Bread French toast – Dip one slice of bread into eggs and cover completely. Spray grill/skillet with non-stick spray and then place bread on grill and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
