PB and J Burger

1 hamburger patty
2 slices sharp cheddar cheese
1-2 slices cooked bacon
1 bun
1 Tbls Tabasco® Mild or Spicy Pepper Jelly
1 Tbls Thai Peanut Sauce (recipe follows)

Cook burger to desired internal temperature.  Near the end of the cooking process add the cheese just until melted then top with bacon. Toast the bun. On the bottom bun spread the Thai peanut sauce while smearing the jelly on the top bun. Assemble and devour.

INGREDIENTS: Thai Peanut Sauce
1 cup peanut butter
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
Chinese five spice to taste
1 tbsp sesame seeds

Combine peanut butter, soy sauce, sesame oil and Five Spice and set aside.
