Facebook’s Privacy Changes

Facebook is rolling out more changes to your privacy settings. The default privacy setting for all new users will now be set to “friends only” instead of “public”. If you’re just signing up for Facebook, you’ll have to manually change your privacy setting to public if you want to share posts with everyone.

If you’re already using Facebook, you could see a blue little pop-up in your feed soon. The blue cartoon dinosaur is Facebook’s new way of reminding you to check your privacy settings. The feature will also show you how much you’re sharing posts, what apps you use and other privacy issues.

And, good news for Netflix junkies. The streaming service is reportedly working on a deal for what could be its next big original series. It’s a historical drama called The Crown. The show follows Queen Elizabeth II over the course of her reign. The show could have different actresses portraying the queen at different points in her life. The new series is being produced by Sony Pictures Television.

That’s your Daily Tech.
