30 Teams in 30 Days: B.C. Rain Red Raiders

It’s been a rough go of it lately for B.C. Rain football. The Red Raiders have not had a playoff appearance since 2005. Over a three year span, Rain has compiled a 9-34 record, including a 2-8 record in 2013.

The Red Raiders seemed to have struggled on both side of the ball, only scoring 17.8 points a game and giving up twice as much. However, the 2014 spring season brings new hope to Rain as head coach Tellis Stone enters his second season.

B.C. Rain’s varsity squad defeated Alma Bryant’s varsity, 28-14, in a spring game match up.
