Neighbors are still shaken.

“Everybody got into an argument next thing you know, they started to fight and the next thing you know guns pulled out,” Sonya Byrd.

Byrd says violence is unusual for her neighborhood.

“I was just proud that my family was ok and that everybody else was okay too because we are all close knit up in here. There are 50 homes and everybody knows everybody,” said Byrd.

The victim’s family says when the scene cleared she realized something was wrong.

“Her adrenaline was rushing she ain’t really know she was shot until everybody walked off. But then when we got to the house she seen the blood on pants,” said Kendarius Lucioua.

Police arrested Lance Heine and Archie Manuel. They are facing several charges including reckless endangerment.

The neighborhood now calls the unborn baby a miracle.

“Because where she was shot at everybody thought she was going to lose the baby. Yes ma’m this is definitely a miracle baby,’ said Byrd.

The family tells me just hours before the victim was shot, she found out she is having a girl.
