Texas 1 Gourmet wings

Conecuh Sausauge
Onions, sliced
Crawfish tails, frozen
Thin sliced bacon
Texas 1 Spice Gourmet Seasoning, flavor of choice

Remove seeds from jalapenos. Slice into quarter pieces, long slices.

Cut Conecuh sausage into quarter inch pieces, set aside.

Wash wings and pat dry.

Cut small thumb size hole in meatiest part of wing.

Stuff cavity with crawfish and conecuh sausage.

Place jalapeno and onion length wise on wing and secure with bacon wrapped around

Insert toothpicks to hold jalapeno, onion and bacon in place.

Cover wing in Texas 1 Spice Gourmet Seasoning (flavor of choice)

Place wings on grill turning occasionally and 30 mins into grilling, add additional Texas 1 for flavor.

After 45 mins to 1 hour the bacon will begin to conform to the wing and wings should be done.

Note:  Wings can also be cooked in a pre-heated 300 degree oven for approximately 1 hour.

Brian has had a passion for cooking for many years now and when he is not cooking for Cook off Events, Catering or making product, he is a Manager at SSAB Steel Mill. All of Texas 1 Products are locally made and prepared by the Potter family.
