Ride an old fashioned steam train!

We’re taking you back to the Wild Wild West with an old fashioned train robbery! You can actually ride a real steam train in Silverhill. You get all the action without the danger! Ann and Ken Zadniceck from Wales West Light Railway tell Cherish Lombard we can be a part of the “2014 Great Train Robbery” through May 24th! Train rides are offered throughout the day from 10:00am to 5:00pm.

Ride a real steam train to the Beaver Gulch Barn to see the famous Saloon, Bank and Jail. Be on guard for the Beaver Gulch Gang, notorious for robbing the Wales West payroll train. Fortunately the Beaver Gulch Sheriff is on hand to help the passengers convict the train robbers.

Passengers can surrender their loot to the Furrever Homes Animal Rescue. You’ll also enjoy refreshments, a sheriff’s hat and badge and a miniature train ride. There’s also a petting zoo, pony rides, an “Outlaw Blaster” potato gun, and refreshments. Admission is $15 per person, plus tax, children 2 and under get in free.
