A massive sinkhole has apparently swallowed a Ford truck on Dauphin Street at McGregor in Mobile.
The road is blocked off by Mobile Police. The road is blocked on both sides and is completely impassable.
Although the driver is not on scene, officials told FOX10 News he is okay.
Officials believe the sinkhole opened up as the driver was on the road. The road was not flooded at the time.
Officials are advising everyone to stay off the road. They say this could happen to anyone.
This is the second sinkhole in Mobile since the storm began Tuesday, April 28. Residents who live in apartments along Village Green Drive East said they received a rude awakening overnight when found a huge sinkhole on the side of the road. They believe the hole may be responsible for flooding in some apartments.
