Honey Baked Ham Sliders and 3-Cheese Mac-N-Cheese

INGREDIENTS: (Mac and Cheese) 
6 Cups Water
1 box pasta
Pinch of salt
1 stick butter
6 Tbls flour
3 Cups milk
1 Cup heavy cream
4 Cups Cheddar (1 lb)
2/3 Cup other mild cheese (Asiago, gorgonzola or swiss)
1 and 1/2 Cup sharp cheese (Parmesan, Romano, Duldiner, Ale House Cheddar)
1 Tbls pepper
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cayenne
2 Cups bread or cracker crumbs

STEPS:
Put water and salt in pot and bring to a boil over medium heat. Add pasta and cook until al dente.
In a large saucepan, melt butter and slowly sprinkle in flour and cook on medium high heat until thick.
Add milk and whisk until thick.
When bubbles appear in mixture, add in heavy cream and cheeses.  Cook until cheeses are melted.
Add seasonings and mix.
Add 2/3 of the cooked pasta into the sauce and mix.
Place in baking dish – sprinkle bread crumbs on top and bake at 350 for 20 minutes.

INGREDIENTS: (sliders)
1 package mini egg twists (or any small bun)
slices of honeybaked Ham or Turkey
Swiss Cheese
1 Tbls Hickory Honey Mustard
1 Tbls Savory Mayonnaise

STEPS:
Make as usual sandwiches.  If you want them toasted… place sliders on cookie sheet and bake in oven for 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
