The south sounds music festival is in Mobile April 11-13 and kicked off Friday night in Cathedral Square.
From swinging and dancing to some good bands jamming downtown was packed with festive fun.
“The experience of being with everybody, downtown enjoying the activities and just enjoying everybody being together,” said one festival goer.
The regional music festival brings artists from different genres to one city for one weekend. It’s a time where people can see some of their favorite bands up close and personal.
Tickets at $25 for the weekend and will get you into every bar with a band. VIP tickets at $75 for a single and $120 for a double. That gets you beer and food plus entry into the bars.
“You get to see new bands and I’m not familiar with a lot of the bands and I like love music and it’s all weekend for a good price,” said a VIP ticket holder.
