A Mobile man was arrested and charged after police say he robbed two businesses, one of which he use to work at.
Police tell FOX10 News on April, 9 2014, Harold Dortch was caught on camera entering the Shell Gas station at 3000 Dauphin street, claiming he had a gun and a bomb.
He demanded cash from the register and fled the scene.
Hours later, at 9:30am, police say Dortch was seen entering his former place of employment at the Waffle House, 3030 Airport boulevard.
Police say he asked for his last paycheck and then demanded money from the register. Investigators say Dortch again threatened that he had a gun.
Dortch left the scene east on Airport blvd.
He was arrested and charged with two counts of first degree robbery, yelling profanities on his way to Mobile metro jail.
Officials say it will be up to the district attorneys office to determine if Dortch should also be charged with terrorist threats for the alleged bomb.
