Armed robbery suspect turns himself in

Mobile Police say an armed robbery suspect turned himself in to authorities Wednesday, April 9.

Police say after being aired on several news stations, 22-year-old Christopher Allen Nicholas surrendered himself to Mobile Police Department.

On Wednesday, April 02, 2014, at approximately 5:26 a.m., an unknown white male subject entered the Circle K 5575 Highway 90 armed with a handgun and demanded cash.  On Thursday, at approximately 12:11 p.m., the same subject entered the Shell Gas Station 6960 Theodore Dawes Road armed with a handgun and demanded cash.  In both cases the victims complied and were not harmed.
