Chicken Cacciatore

1 pound chicken
1 oz olive oil
1 whole, diced onion
3 oz mushrooms
1 stalk celery
1 diced carrot
1 quart chicken stock
3 fresh tomatoes
1 quart tomato sauce
1 oz thyme
6 oz rigatoni pasta
1 oz basil
1 sprig rosemary

Sautee chicken in olive oil and add vegetables. Sautee. Deglaze pan with chicken stock. Add fresh herbs, add tomato sauce. Simmer. Serve with rigatoni pasta.
