All throughout the month of March, universities host pro-days in hopes of impressing professional scouts before the NFL Draft in May. Friday, South Alabama held it’s annual pro-day, alongside three others colleges: Concordia, Fulkner, and Morehouse.
Scouts from four different professional organizations were in attendance: Pittsburgh, Seattle, Indianapolis, and Miami.
Jags head coach Joey Jones was pleased with the days workouts.
“I thought it was really good, a lot of the 40 times were better than what they’ve previously run, so you can tell these guys have been working extremely hard the last couple months and I’m really proud of them,” said Jones.
