Bring your family and enjoy a beautiful Spring day of fun and food, sampling the best in barbecue and small batch home brewed beers. Great live music, plus arts and crafts vendors, too.
Jack Powell cooked up some samples of his favorite BBQ on Studio10. He made baby back ribs, grilled sausage and bacon-wrapped tenderloin.

About the Rotary:
Fairhope Sunset Rotary is a service oriented club that tries to help our local community strive and be a better place to live. We try and get creative on raising money and giving it to local charities. We have donated to allot of small non-profits as well as to the five local public schools in Fairhope. We are raising money in this BBQ event to help get the veterans court off the ground and help veterans get the help they deserve. Another part of this event is to see that ALL veterans get laid to rest with a respectable burial and detail for their family.
About the Chef:
Jack Powell has lived in Fairhope since 2001 where he owns Gulf Coast Interiors & Upholstery, and Gulf Coast Storage. He believes in giving back to his local community and is able to make my effort that much bigger by being involved with Fairhope Sunset Rotary. Jack has been a Rotarian for two years and absolutely loves being part of that group.
I came up with the idea of us hosting a BBQ & Brew competition and the group came together and said, Let’s do it! So here we are.
