The always popular Crewe of Columbus parade delighted parade-goers and drew a crowd of 89,640 people Friday night.
Mobile Police arrested seven people on various charges, from public intoxication to minors in possession of alcohol.
All total, police responded to eighteen complaints last night.

The Krewe of Kids parade, along with the popular Krewe of Goats, happens in Prichard today. The Kids parade starts at 11:00 a.m. with the Krewe of Goats following at 11:30 a.m..
In downtown Mobile, the Floral Parade along with the Mobile Carnival Association’s Juvenile King and Queen begin their parade at noon. They are followed by the Knights of Mobile parade at 12:30 p.m. and at 1:00p.m., the Order of Angels will entertain the crowd.
In neighboring Baldwin County, the Krewe of Mullet Mates will parade from Mullet Point Park to Pelican Point in Point Clear starting at 2:00 p.m.
Starting at 6:00 p.m. in downtown Mobile, the Mystics of Time roll through downtown Mobile. The MOT’s as they are called by many parade enthusiasts, will delight the children with the popular “dragons” that are a part of their parade every year.
In Daphne, the Shadow Barons will begin their parade at 6:45 p.m. In Orange Beach, the Mystics of Pleasure begin their parade at 5:30 p.m..
