Leaders said they arrived at their bike shop on Highway 59 in Robertsdale to find dozens of bikes had been stolen.

“I started looking and thought, ‘It’s a little too clean,’” remembered Zac Foerster, director of ‘Ridden Word’ ministry. “‘There’s no bikes here. What happened to them?’ So then I realized all the bikes were gone and was kind of shell shocked for a few minutes.”

Witnesses said the bikes were loaded into a trailer in broad daylight Monday, February 26. They said they didn’t know someone was stealing the bikes and figured they were only being moved.

As nearby businesses continue to comb through surveillance video, Foerster said he has no plans to press charges.

In fact, he said he has prayed for the culprits and just wants to get back to work.

“I would tell them, ‘We love you and there’s no hard feelings, and if there’s anything you need help with you know we’d love to help.'”
