Mobile County Sheriff’s Office spokesmen say 34-year-old Gareth Perry was picked up in Clearwater, Fla., some two months after he allegedly robbed three different people at three unique locations at gunpoint in the early morning hours of December 22.

MCSO spokesman Joe Mahoney says Perry first robbed a clerk at a convenience store at 6300 Lott Road, telling the clerk he needed money for Christmas gifts. Then, Mahoney says Perry made his way to the Country Store on the 9000 block of Lott Road, where he asked a woman in the parking lot on a date, then pointed a gun to her head and demanded money.

Finally, Mahoney says Perry went to the Circle K at the 6000 block of Airport Boulevard, where he committed a third robbery.

MCSO says Perry was transported back to Mobile County Metro Jail after officers in Clearwater arrested him.

Perry had warrants for his arrest on three counts of Robbery 1st degree after MCSO says he demanded money from the cashier at the Country Market, and stole some beer.
