Sausage and Peppers Polenta

Scott Dumas, from Pinzone’s Italian Downtown Restaurant is in the Rouse’s Studio10 Kitchen cooking up some sausage and peppers.  It’s an easy dish that will be a favorite with friends and family.

2 Italian Link Sausages
1 Quart Water
2 cups Polenta/Fine Corn Meal
1 Red Bell Pepper
1 Red Onion
1 Garlic clove
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup Gorgonzola Cheese

Prepare polenta.
Sauté Italian Link Sausage and add bell pepper, red onion and garlic. Salt and pepper.
Mix Gorgonzola cheese in with the polenta.
