Lap’s Seafood Omelette

This is an easy breakfast favorite that you can make using your favorite Gulf Coast Seafood.

INGREDIENTS:
2 oz.  Crabmeat
2 oz.  Shrimp
3 Eggs
2 oz. Cheddar cheese
1 oz. Tomatoes
1 oz. Sautéed onions
1 oz. Sautéed green peppers
2  slices of  Toast or Biscuits            

STEPS:
Sauté shrimp, onions and bell peppers and set aside.
Whisk eggs together in a bowl.
Heat and spray pan with pan coating.
When skillet is hot add eggs.
Cook without stirring, but gently tilt the pan a little to allow the uncooked eggs to run off.
Flip and cook the other side for 1 minute, adding the rest of the ingredients fold and plate.

Prep Time:15 minutes
Cook Time: 7 minutes
