Our own Dani Dials is In the Kitchen Tuesday morning, whipping up some delicious Turkey & White Cheddar Stuffed Mushrooms!
1 box of button mushrooms
½ lb ground turkey
2 tbsps minced garlic
1 cup spinach
¾ cup bread crumbs
1 cup shredded white cheddar
Wash mushrooms & remove stems. Put mushroom caps (stem side down) in a 375 degree oven for 10 minutes.
While the caps cook, cook the ground turkey. When the turkey is done, add minced garlic, spinach and pinch of salt & pepper until the spinach wilts.
Remove from heat, put it in a bowl and add bread crumbs and cheese. Spoon the mixture into the mushroom caps.
Bake 10 minutes and enjoy!
