FUGITIVE FILES: “Cutthroat Mane” wanted

UPDATE:  Mobile County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Jamario Houston 6 days after he was profiled on FOX10 News Fugitive Files.  Houston is the 594th suspect to be arrested after appearing on Fugitive Files. 

Social media gets the credit for our latest arrest on FOX10 News Fugitive Files. Our suspect was in custody right after he appeared on Twitter and Facebook.

Jamario Houston, who has a street name of “Cutthroat Mane” is accused of robbery and assault for a crime that happened on Sunday, February 2, 2014 in the 3000 block of Dauphin Street.

“The victim was kind enough to give the suspect a ride to a location and once they reached the location, the suspect, Mr. Jamario Houston, armed himself with a weapon and demanded the victim’s property. Once the victim refused, he shot him and left the scene,” said Mobile Police Officer Terence Perkins.

While he’s only 19, Houston has a prior arrest record that already includes assault, robbery, discharging a firearm into an occupied dwelling and resisting arrest. If you’ve seen him, turn him in.
