A local ad hoc committee is set to meet again Wednesday morning, February 12, to talk about whether the city of Mobile needs to strengthen its ordinances on oil storage.
Committee members are scheduled to meet at 8:30 a.m. to talk about the benefits and risks of the industry.
The committee is trying to decide how to handle future talks on what action the city shoudl take, if any, regarding the oil storage industry.
Committee members represent a diverse group of people, from those in the energy industry to environmentalists.
