Prosecco braised chicken with foie gras and truffle honey

Pinzone’s is in the Studio10 Kitchen cooking up prosecco braised chicken with foie gras and truffle honey.

INGREDIENTS:
1 Chicken breast
1 ounce Foie gras or pate
6 ounces Prosecco or sparkling wine
3 ounces Chicken stock
1 tsp Truffle infused honey

STEPS:
Sauté chicken and foie gras or pate. Add Prosecco and chicken stock and simmer. Put in oven at 375° for 15 minutes. Drizzle honey over chicken. Served with favorite sautéed vegetables.
